I've spent the last couple of months setting up a new site, which I am still in the process of finishing up. What's left to do is install the image gallery function for downloading free stock photos (someone else is working on coding that...it's beyond my capabilities), but the texture files are uploaded and ready for use, as are some of the graphics and png files, and most of the tutorials, and also some calendar templates for 2010 in psd format. There's also a small section of photoshop brushes, and as soon as I can get around to it, their numbers will grow too. Many of the brushes are for use in texturing and collage, so some of you may find them helpful.
All the files are available freely, though there is a license for use. You can use them in your own projects - 3d renders, game design, collage, creative arts, etc. and you can sell you resulting images. You just can't use the files as stand-alone images...by that I mean you can't download a file, and upload it to sell anywhere else.
You also can't give away my stuff in any of your own free collections, and you can't hotlink directly to anything on my site, but you can put a link to the page where there image is found on my site, or just link to the main site.
You can share with your friends by linking to the site.
Once the gallery function is complete there will be somewhere around 500 free images - some small for blog use, some large. Lots of them are uploaded in a small format (because what I get are requests to use images in blogs or articles) to save some server space, but a lot of them I have in larger formats. All you have to do is ask.
Anyhow, if you need a free something or other, or background or texture for a collage, go have a look.
Honest. They are free. And I won't rescind the licensing for these sometime down the road, so if you use them, you are safe from getting told later that you can't.
Please, feel free to spread the link around to people you think might have a use for such stuff.
